Our customers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal is to be requested by registered letter with return receipt, stating the purchase order number.
A refund can also be requested in advance by telegram, telex, fax or e-mail. In any case, a registered letter with return receipt must follow within 2 days.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days, complete and in its original packaging. Postage is to be paid by the customer.
On receipt of the goods, the money will be entirely refunded within 30 days.

I nostri clienti hanno diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
Il recesso deve essere comunicato a mezzo lettera raccomandata R.R., indicando il numero d’ordine.
È possibile anticipare la decisione di recedere dal contratto via telex, fax o e-mail. In ogni caso entro due giorni deve seguire una lettera raccomandata R.R..
Entro 14 giorni, il cliente deve restituire le merci integre e nell’imballo originale. Le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente.
Al ricevimento dei prodotti, entro 30 giorni, il denaro sarà restituito.
